Ms. Massaouda were really good to cater to our needs. We loved the vibrant atmosphere around the pool and beach, but we experienced minor delays during peak dining hours that could be improved.

The property is fairly clean; big and bright rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Offers ideal and exceptionally nice location in a beach area. Good restaurant even for dinner. My favorite property in Hurghada.

The room I stayed in was brand-new and neat with WiFi, a terrace plus balcony. Hair dryers, shower caps and bath sheets was a plus😀

Really good service, cozy atmosphere, with friendly staff who sincerely care about guests' satisfaction and provide an excellent breakfast buffet with a great variety of options to start your day, all while being located just 6 km from the nearest airport for easy access.

Family with children lovely experience

You know, everything about this place was just great! The animation team really made it special for my kids, keeping them engaged like I never expected-Nono was especially amazing! I can't forget how Ms. Massouda was always around to check if we were happy, her attention to detail changed our visit into something nice.

It wasn't cheap, but you know what? Totally worth it.

The Superior, King or Twin Bed, Garden View room offers a nice ambiance with great views that uplift your stay. Pool area looks sharp, well-maintained.

While the beach experience was good, it felt a bit overcrowded at times, and there were plenty of sunbeds claimed early in the day-so if you need a prime spot, you might want to hustle on that. The food, while better than some comparable spots, could use more diversity and flavor for the international crowd were great.

My family and I had a fantastic 4-night stay at the hotel! The food was absolutely incredible, especially the variety of beachfront dining options. The pools were well-maintained, although the aqua park was smaller than expected, lacking more attractions for adults. We'd definitely return!

The garden view room was lovely, but the beach felt overcrowded and noisy.

Especially mr raheem, were attentive and cute. The food options were diverse, notably the delicious meals at the italian restaurant, which exceeded my expectations during this family vacation.

The service was excellent, especially Mr Rahim, who ensured every detail was addressed, from arrival to departure. The inclusion of alcohol in the all-inclusive package was a good surprise, and the variety of food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the garden view from our room.

The animation team kept spirits high throughout the day. Mr Raheem, the night manager. The food quality was varied and delicious, especially at the Italian and grill restaurants. The pool area was well-maintained too, but the aqua park felt smaller than expected. We appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere, yet the food options for kids could use some more variety since we faced repetitive choices. On the beach, we noticed that sunbeds were often claimed early, limiting space for latecomers. A solid experience with a few minor issues that could improve future stays.

Jaz soma beach is in a fine location with a fabulous beach. The staff was really good, especially the animation team, who kept the energy high. The food selection was vast, offering diverse options. A great experience.
